A part of my heart now resides in this serene city of Geneva. Every moment spent, all the walking on the streets, feeding some pigeons by the lake, all of it, I remember vividly. Yet, whenever I hear the word Geneva, there’s just one scenario that comes to my mind and that is of the viewpoint commanding the prospect of mighty mountains standing as if they were a shield to a blithe and euphoric harbor by the Lake of Geneva.

 

‘Réflexions de Genève’ is the work I did picturising the scenic beauty of Geneva, impressioned in my mind. The painting carries bold textures, bringing vibrance to my thoughts and the artwork.

Another reason why the painting holds a special place is because it enables one to read whether the viewer has an artistic bent of mind or is inclined towards the practical skills and knowledge of designing, simply by its tones and textures.
